Massive stone structures

​

    Research and development project with one of the largest Portuguese limestone quarries. The structures were designed as exercises for the Faculdade de Arquitectura da Universidade do Porto students to experiment with new ways of using stone industry waste (75% of what's extracted) like declassified blocs, enhancing its natural qualities and strengths structurally and poetically.
